    Morey could have drafted Faried when he acquired the 20th pick in 2011. Instead he got Motiejunas. Now we lose to Denver. Big mistake?

    I don't think the loss to Denver has anything to do with the pick itself...but it's clear that Faried will be a valued role player for a long time in this league, while DMO is still very much up in the air.

    Have to give Montiejunas a chance to prove himself before making that call...

    But Fairied is a much better rebounder and physical defender for more.

    No. At that time we had to do the more potential pick, and Donatas has more potential than Faried.

    And Faried looks a bit like a RS player, by the way.

    Both are long haired PFs. The Rockets' long haired guys? Jordan Hill, Courtney Fortson, DeMarre Carrol. Why is Morey no good at picking long haired guys?

    Every draft is a gamble, nut up, move forward and pray that Morey doesn't waste another pick on a position we already have people waiting for playing time in, like drafting a center while keeping Asik, Aldrich and Smith on the roster.
