    Use adblock plugin for chrome.

    Sometimes there is one that sits over the video at the start for like 20 seconds. Then a red close button appears.

    http://www.ghostery.com/download this extension is also good, it prevents websites from collecting your private information for ads. I've found it useful coupled with adblock to completely get rid of any ads and possible trojans that result from accidentally clicking harmful links.
