But McHale places him into center, that's the problem...

Tjones and Gsmith need to be our 2nd/3rd backup centers, D-Mo needs to be our PF, he doesn't have a future as a center.

I don't love either Donatas or Jones at 5, but right now, I'd rather see Donatas than Jones at 5.

that would be a massive waste of his talent. rather have someone bad at 5 and let DMo play 4 than have him playing 5.

Jones isn't bad though. All of them have their moments.

Still made mistakes, but he is settling down a bit and has talent. Good that he got a solid chunk of minutes with Pat sitting.

He played really well today, a few mistakes. He was better not playing the C position.

I actually think White can become the backup center.

He's a 4, and the ideal guy to play alongside Asik. If I had my way Jones would come off the bench at both the 4 and 5, and the starters would be D-Mo and Asik.

    ^^ This.

I thought the Asik/D-Mo combo looked good today. That's some serious height in the frontcourt.

We could make P-Patt the primary back up 5, and have D-Mo and Jones as the primary 4's on the team.
