    I was told that it was a bad idea to put the lock on that the gun came with. Is this true?

    If you're going to use that weapon for home protection, then that lock isn't such a great idea...takes too long to get off. Use something like this:

    The Arms Room on 45S in League City
    or
    Top Gun in SW Houston

    Both are very good indoor ranges

    Agreed, The Arms Room is great. As is Top Gun. I know the Arms Room has rifle lanes, can't recall about Top Gun honestly.

    I got gun #two now.

    Is their a way to rack/slide the gun easier? i know i have to break it in but the gun seems too stiff. Can i just lube the hell out of it when i clean it?
