    you could also argue he was a top 3 NBA player in 2010. not the season, the year. best player in the playoffs 2010, and then the best Lakers player during a great first few months of the season. he was getting early MVP noise.
    Then he started to seem exhausted, Kobe started to score 40 a game, and that was that.

    I think at his age, he's just not capable to maintain his best at center for 82 game season. And at PF, he often gets misused by the Lakers.

    Basketball players ****ing fall down too much. I know Gasol just got slapped in the face, but if I went into a bar and slapped a just-shy-of-7 footer in the face I don't think he would fall down. What a sissy sport this has become...
