With all the talk about legalization of Mary Jane, i cant help be reminded by the fact of Synthetic Weed being sold at smoke shops and gas stations all around Houston. In fact it was made illegal, but the companies have found a way around law and its back being sold in stores legally. Now why is it legal? Simple, there is a tax on the bags now, in which before there wasnt. I know many succesfull people of themselves some synthetic to keep them clean for company drug test. My point is that the popularity of synthetic weed and the money the business make off it should alter the thinking of government to see theres money to be made.

So you didn't give in bc your rents raised you so well lol.
So cliché....hope they were talking in your head-that's your conscience
actually this shows your lack of growth on your own, your parents
have valuable info..but wasn't it you that said...then those are your beliefs.(give yourself some credit mom n dad weren't holding your hand in high scool.....)..have you ever had a beer, smoked a cig? Oh well then.
LEGALize it -alcohol n cigs are drugs-oh n in Europe things we can not buy
OTC such as codeine, whatcha know?-it's legal in Europe at the local pharmacies. We live in America hypocrisy nation-where legal drugs are ok,
and weed which has NEVER killed anyone-is iilegal

That stuff can literally make a person flip out briefly...
Super WARNING. Many stories have been told they all sound familiar.
Also it's always been taxed what is happening is the synthetic designer
of "said" drugs, salts , synthetic "weed", it's being constantly hindered
by a chemical or two, thus changing the entire properties of them, thus
getting around the laws that made them "illegal"

Yes i do know that they change one chemical to get around the law and no it hasnt always been taxed. I for one have been a smoker of "spice" since 08' while serving active duty in the Marine Corps. We maybe smoked 3 blunts a day and none of us have or have had any complications from it. Synthetic is very popular among our active duty warriors, so dont flame me for saying this. In addition i still continue to smoke spice now for my job and i have never flipped out once.. the key is smoking in moderation

Your assumption has been proven incorrect.

Struggling Cities Turn to a Crop for Cash

Medical-mar1juana sales tax nets $2.2 million for Colorado this year

    Some reasons for this.....

    1. Variety - A person can dick around the house and raise 3 or 4 strands or they can go the dispensary and choose from over 20 depending on the kind of high they want to achieve. They can also choose choose from hundreds of other products as well...edibles, drinkables, oils, powders, lotions and creams.

    2. Convenience - Many people don't want to bother with growing. It's easy, but it's still takes time and labor to consistently do it right.

I guess your right on the tax...but main thing is the constant change of
chefs...anyways wasn't trying to flame you, but I've had many fellows
in your shoes or working on oil rigs where I few years were fine, then one day
boom smoked it in moderation not a BLUNT for sure....and they went into what
I'd consider a salvia state they said they were in another realm, but still here..
Regardless they tripped out for a min. Or two .....regardless it hasn't been tested for 5,000 years, and never been scientifically heated, anyways not bashing just explaining warnings "FOR OTHERS"-Mary Jane has been here growing since que Bill Hicks "I just left weed all over the place shouldn't of smoked on wendsday, that was the day I made 'possums' hahah". Ya dude so not to bash, but one has been growing sine apes n one word"Dinosaurs". That JP10000 whatever the chem in synthetic weed is is not a good idea. Enjoy passing your drug tests.
In fact I think their are other ways to pass, like um not smoking in a war zone, or hmmm maybe there is something else.
My point is its been smoked, and grown for thousands upon thousands of years, depending of course if God placed dinosaurs there to "trick us"

    Yes it definitely should!

I spend time with mary quite often almost everyday and I'm a fine functioning human being

If hemp became illegal i have read many times we would be out of our recession because of what it can produce such as clothes, papers, and other sorts of things...or the govt could just tax mar1juana or at least decriminalize this

If you haven't watched "The Union: The Business Behind Getting High" on netflix you must watch for or against legalization...there about to come out with there 2nd movie

How does an employer know someone has been drinking before work, or popped a few pills?

    Now that's funny
D*mn . . . how many ALT nicks does that make for me now
    Studogg and not this one . . . .

    Anyway
I am open to legalize it but I need concessions
    1. Not legal under 18
    2. Anyone found selling or giving it to anyone under 18 is a mandatory 1 year prison stay plus a caning . . . per incident consecutively.
You sell to 4 14 yr olds . . .then you get 4 yrs in prison . . PERIOD . . no debate

This would go for May Jane, Cocaine, Bath salts, Meth, tobacco and alcohol . . . .etc.

On the business side, If a employer wants to fire you for coming to work drunk . . they can right there on the spot. Test you and if you high . . .you gotta go . . ..
Would you all agree to that? or something of that manner

    Rocket River
