    This is a good thing - we might get top 3 draft next year, top 14 draft with Raptors pick, and watch one of Lamb, White, D-Mo, Jones develop into a good player. All of the above seem likely.

    Still not many off the ball picks or screens to make the game easier for the players. The PnR offense is a very simple-minded offensive scheme and still relies on too many one-on-one moves. We need, IMO, a more well-rounded and creative offensive mind as our coach, and I don't see it in McHale.
