    If you punch somebody in the throat it's possible to collapse their windpipe, which can lead to them suffocating.

    to get the max power, 1 inch punch takes time to prepare, they have a test on tv where this monk does this punch and it is same power as a car impacting at 30 mph. I would not like to take one of those hits:grin:

    If I punched a 70 y/o wheelchair bound guy with a heart arrhythmia (not on his medications) straight in the heart, then maybe...

    But that implies I got past his evil henchmen with my pump shotgun and ran out of ammo.

    If you press on both carotid arteries (neck artery) at the same time, the person will faint. Medical students are taught to never compress/measure both carotids at the same time.

    Its not instantaneous but not sure of the exact amount of time...apparently it works better on elderly or hypertensive patients :p
