Orlando could take Lowry, 2, and filler?

Chandler Parsons. If he does not show up for Draft Party on Thursday night, it will be because he is the guy getting traded to Orlando. I'm surprised no one mentioned this because Orlando is his hometown, if we are to get Dwight, we will have to sacrafice.

I do not think Magic would be interested in Lowry, probaly more interested in more young players. The Magic recently overhaul the whole front office, so I think they want to start on a clean slate which I think Howard has a 70/30 chance coming to Houston.

Yeah, that's pretty ugly. 9 mil for the next 3 years for Thomas ...yikes!

But ...he does block a shot and a half per 20 minutes. He does give you over 5 rebounds per 20 minutes. I suppose that if we were able to off-load scola's contract as part of the trade, and pick up the #2, it might be worth it.

Houston (Nos. 14, 16 and 18) and Portland (Nos. 6 and 11) are trying to land the No. 2 pick according to sources. SI.com

I think the Rockets could potentially be targeting both Beal at #2 and Drummond at #5 .

For some reason, these trades Morey is making look very similar to OKC's trades the last few years (or when the sucked).

If the rockets get 2 picks in the Top 8, I say we rebuild.

I'm sorry, but if you get all the way up to #2, you keep the damn pick. Forget about Dwight.

Couldn't the Rockets use the Amnesty clause on a large contract i.e. Tyrus Thomas contract?

No. You can't amnesty a player you trade for.

I don't think you can amnesty someone you traded for after the CBA was signed. I am not 100% sure on that and I can't remember where I heard it from. That is just my understanding of it.

They would most likely tag Gordon's terrible contract along with the 2 pick. Maybe Scola, Ppat, Morris, 12 and 16 for Gordon, Mullens, and 2?

    Hahah!

Do you think there is any way NO would be interested in #2,#5, and any one of our players for #1 plus bad contracts?
