    Stern doesn't even try to hide it anymore. It's like he's daring someone to do something about it.
    Two years ago, the Wizards got #1 after their owner died. Last year, the Cavaliers got #1 after losing LeBron. This year, the NBA-owned Hornets get the top pick.
