Why did we expect TWill, Thabeet, Flynn, and JHill to come to Houston and dominate?

    Beucase anyone who plays for the Rockets deserves to be an all-star.

    Lowry>D-Will
    Hill= Stat, Bosh
    Thabeet= Deke

    Ridiculous. IM so glad they are gone. So glad.

    Let's say each one, on average, has a 1-in-20 chance of becoming really good, and a 1-in-5 chance of being a worthy rotation player. So, long shots for each case.

    But we got 4 of them. That means there would be about a 20% chance that at least one of them would turn out really good. And a 60% chance that at least one of them would become a worthy rotation player.

    None of them cost very much, and by accumulating a number of them you hope at least one works out for you. Alas, it didn't happen.

    The truth is, i never expected them to dominate. Just at least be above average role players. They all had mild success in their rookie seasons and there was no reason to think that they would not continue to build from that.
