[ABC 13] Houston the most diverse city in the US

As an honorary Vietnamese since Mrs esteban is Viet, I'd say you are damn right that the Vietnamese is a major player in H-Town Asian community. Every year the Vietnamese Cultural and Science Association(VCSA) puts together a luncheon to honor top high school students. To be an honoree, you have to either be a valedictorian or a salutatorian. I don't know how they do it but every year they always manage to find between 25-35 kids from the greater Houston areas. I attended this event for the past 6 years and it never ceases to amaze me about the Vietnamese people.
