    You guys do remember Martin averaging 20+ ppg without Adelman in SAC, don't you?

    He does not fit on this team in McHale's system, he won't get as many touches, he is a horrible defender, and if he isn't hitting his 3s, he is pretty bad out there.

    Still, it is only one game.....maybe he is still in a funk...but I would trade him to Minny and open the way for Clee and TWill to play more at the SG spot.

    martin should know by now that Morry probably views his own parents as assets and not take things so personally. it really looked like he wasn't even trying. I guess I was used to seeing him cut through the lane to look for shot...today..nada.

    That's bulls**t. Scola was "treated like an asset" and he's still balling. Martin needs to stop being a little b**** and just play because acting butt hurt isn't going to help his career.

    martin is who he is.

    if he isn't scoring he's pretty much useless.

    he does not play defense
    he is not a playmaker
    and he does not give much effort on the glass

    i loved the thought of him playing with a healthy yao (LOL) but i'm not sure he fits this team.

    but it's still early and we have a long (tho shortened) season ahead

    After 5 straight seasons averaging +20 points... I think I can trust him at scoring after 3 bad games. Played terrible today, but give him time.
