Definitely improved. I think it's a combination of regaining confidence from his stint in NY., and having a less tenuous future. He has more of a feeling of having found an NBA home. He's got support from McHale. And the personal adoption. After the game, McHale was walking off the court talking and smiling with Hill. I don't expect smooth sailing from now own. He will have his ups and downs. But I think he is definitely on his way.

... now he'll have to get used to having a mic in front of him after most games. That is something he probably hasn't had in while. He seemed a bit awkward with it. That will come, too, I think.
