[Video Games]Best simulation-style fishing or hunting game?

    Im trying to find the best real to life hunting and fishing game there has been. For instance, the hunting games now you shoot like 5 bear and 2 deer in 10 minutes. The fishing games, you are timed like 10 minutes a stage to catch 40lbs of fish...

    I remember in Deer Hunter 3 I believe it was, you had to drive your ATV 10 miles into the woods, plant some wheat/corn, build your deer stand, come back 3 months later to hunt....

    I also remember a fishing game on SNES that was super fun.... forgot the name of it. There was also a deep sea fishing game on the PC that was legit.. like over 50 diff. kinds of fish and alot of factors you had to think about when catching a fish.

    Are there any of these jewels left? What were your favorites and why?

    The street sweeper simulator is pretty much the cream of the crop right now.
