Why isn't this guy viewed in the same light as bonds and Clemens? Since spygate he hasn't done very well in the playoffs. Bonds and Clemens were pretty much excommunicated from baseball. If he doesn't win again what will his legacy be?

Because no government is going to waste taxpayers money to go after a spy.... Makes more sense to waste money and time going after folks on steroids....

Because baseball writers and the baseball media is a borderline cult. They live in a completely different world. They think they matter, they think their stories matter, they are completely out of their minds. They have nothing better to do than get butt hurt and cry about the sanctity of the game.

Instead of being worried about not having a salary cap (complete joke, ruins the game), they are worried about honor. They are worried about pee-pee games.

    That's why.

What Bonds and Clemens did was illegal and they lied about it to Congress under oath. Notice, how nobody says anything about Manny and A-Rod since they owned up to it.

Bilichick broke the rules, but NE issues have more to do with not having enough money to get great defensive players or running backs.
