    Not sure about Texas, but I was under the assumption this was the case for nearly every state. I could be wrong tho.

    The more i hear about him, the more i like him. I would love for him to join the race just so to add some sanity. I want a real choice.

    Christie would never win the southern states or the plains states during the primaries. I doubt he could win the nomination.

    The Republican primaries will be epic.

    The payment is a barrier that helps discourage women who were not actually raped from gaming the system for free rape kits. You know how the poor are always trying to game the system.

    Briefly met him and got a picture with him a few months back. Nice enough, funny, but it seems like he'd majorly piss off a lot of members of his own party in Congress.
