    Why wouldn't they think to use her kidney to save her brother, suicide note or not? Just doesn't make sense.

    Even in America they don't do autopsy for every death. If she hanged herself and they don't think there were suspicious circumstances, there would be no need to do an autopsy. In America I think 1/10 deaths require one.
