I think it's been established it's all Les on letting Adelman go. This wasn't the only season where he looked at firing Adelman.
Not sure where you've read or heard this but at least make it clear if it's what you think will happen or have actual facts to prove it. Maybe I'm just giving you too much credit, it could be one of your famous pointless threads afterall.
Yeah, that guy who only got recognition of winning a whole bunch of games for having the best player in the game? And had his assistant coaches make up plays for him? No thanks.
This whole Mike Brown thing happened last time... except it was Mike Fratello. Also, recent pic of Mike below. He's enjoying the time off, not sure he'd return.
I guess a offensively challenged coach makes sense, assuming the team keeps running the Princeton offence properly.
Mike Brown?? Mike Brown!!Mike Brown?? Mike Brown!!Man that ain't no heaven. There is no way that will happen period!
I don't know where you get that it's completely Alexander's decision. All I've heard/read are hearsays and rumors. Regardless, I don't think Morey would passively go along with whoever Les wants as the next coach. If Mike Brown comes to Houston, Morey probably has to feel strongly that Brown fits his plans for the team.
Wimmy wam wam wozzle! But in all seriousness, I think Mike Brown is a pretty good defensive coach. However, his ability to coach a team on offense is very questionable. I would definitely rather have Adelman and his staff.
