Maybe a dumb question ... is it against the law to use a cellphone while driving in Houston?

The other day, I got a ring that I picked up just as I was passing a police car. It made me nervous, but he either didn't notice or care.

Also motorcycles like Harleys with loud pipes. And teenagers in cheap under-powered cars with very loud exhausts.

 

Idiot parents who don't put seatbelt on their kid(s).

Tow trucks. Stay in the slow lane idiot.

 

Throwing cigarette buts out of the window.

You want to kill yourself on cigarette at a time that's fine with me...

Old people. They shouldn't be driving.

Not pulling out into the intersection in a left turn yield situation.

People who drive more then 5mph under the speed limit.

People who pull up to a stop sign before I get there but then sit there like they don't know they're supposed to go before me. YOU HAVE RIGHT OF WAY **********, USE IT

Also road ragers like me should be pulled over more.

 

Women who put their makeup on while driving.

Driving while female.

 

i can understand everything else..well..not everything but noothing...NOTHING pisses me off more than the above.

why don't people get the main rule of driving on the highway..SLOWER TRAFFIC..MOVE RIGHT!

true story..2 weeks ago..this non black, non white, non asian person with a pickup truck/trailer gets on 610. then he immediately puts on his signal to move one lane to the left. then kept moving till he was in the extreme left lane..and goes pretty much under the speed limit!

 

Yup. What pisses me off even more is that they risk their and other people's lives just to make the exit instead of staying calm and take the next exit.

Passengers with feet outside the window

 

People who tailgate the shi* out of you.

Also, why do all trucks (not 18 wheelers) drive like big assholes?
