It's obvious these 3 guys won't win a championship, anytime soon.

Because they don't have any space to improve the roster that they have now, and wont be able to turn be able to make any significant changes by trading mike miller or Mario chalmers.

So changes are coming to the heat. With that said. Which of the big three leaves miami?

I don't think anyone gets traded yet, if the Heat eventually find their rythmn and clikc as a unit(I think they will) than none of their big three get traded. If they do trade one of them, it obviously be Bosh-he's the weakest link. I think a trade isn't the answer, so much as better coaching.

    Lowry/Dragic
    Martin/Lee
    Budinger
    Patterson/Hayes
    Howard/Thabeet

    I can answer for him

If the Heat crash and burn and he sees you need a balanced roster to win not just stars... Then looks at how the Bulls have been winning and he goes wait my Buddy Courtney plays for the Rockets and they are still somewhat competitive down the board even without a guy that can play Center...

Add a poll please. I think Bosh is the odd man out. They'd probably trade him to somewhere like Phoenix for Steve Nash, who would be great on the Heat, and either Robin Lopez, or Channing Frye. Suns get a top 5 PF to build around, and lose Lopez and Nash, who is near the end of his career. Good for both teams.

You dont trade a wade or Lebron, even though they get in the way of each other at times...im not sure how you could ever get fair value for them. Plus, rumors were that bosh just followed them. They probably would have taken amar'e or boozer just the same.

No rumor about Bosh following Wade around. That is a fact. Did you not see the videos? LeBron was on his own track, but I guess plan was for them to meet up in Miami.

I would like to see what they could get for Wade or Bron.
Imagine if the Rockets were in such a precarious situation.

And lead them to 60+ wins the next season? It's obvious LeBron does better by himself and Wade does better with one post man.

I think it's fairly obvious who the odd man out is. LEBRON is gone!

Is it? I think this is a case of "what have you done for me lately?" panic, nothing more. Remember, just before the all-star break, the Lakers lost 4 in a row to NBA elites like the Cavs and Bobcats. Now they are rolling. Earlier this year, the Heat won 21 of 22 and everyone was hyping them up again.

The Heat still have one of the top records in the league, one of the top defenses in the league, and the best point differential (which is historically a better indication of champions than pure wins). They are slumping right now, just as they slumped earlier this year. They might pull out of it and go on another run, or they might not. Their success largely depends on whether they can recover and "peak" at the right time.

I'd be shocked though, that even with this current roster and coach, if they couldn't win a handful of titles in the next decade.

We keep Chuck and Yao as backups, and Pat2 becomes Backup PF.

    Lowry/Dragic
    Martin/Lee
    Bud/Lee/T-Will
    Bosh/PPat
    Yao/Hayes/Pittman

Or we can send TWill instead of Hill, either works financially

    Lowry/Dragic
    Martin/Lee
    Bud/Lee
    Bosh/PPat/Hill
    Yao/Hayes/Pittman

    Trade ID #5871050

I disagree with just about everything in this post. It's not obvious they won't win a championship just because they're in a little slump. They were on a huge roll earlier with the same cast; they can do that again.

They do have space to improve the roster without trading a superfriend. They have some roleplayers they could swap out. Depending on the next CBA, they might be able to use exceptions to pick up a free agent or two. They will continue to profit from contender-discounts from players who will be willing to take less just to play for Miami, be it in the offseason or off the waiver-wire after next season's trade deadline.

And even if none of that were true, I don't see them blowing up the superfriends that quickly. They'll fire the coach first.
