No problem. It's just that although T-Will made a few mistakes, he still got back and made good defensive plays on the other end. That defense would have helped a lot tonight. The guy takes 2 shots a game, in three games, and he is not seen or heard from anymore in the game. Meanwhile, other teams wings are torching us from every part of the court. Our defense would be better with good defenders on the floor. It's not like he's jacking up every thing he gets his hands on. Everyone knows you need more than 5 minutes of actual gametime to improve.

One other thing I just remembered is that we had 5 missed free throws in a row, I think it was late in the 3rd or early in the 4th quarter...the difference right there.

We'll get a much deserved 2 days off. Gotta get the next two easy ones to make it 7 out of 8. It'll be really helpful to beat the Suns twice and split the Spurs games. It won't help with the pick situation..ours and the suns pick but whatever.

It would be nice to sneak into the playoffs. Im fine with playing against the Spurs. I think Hayes would do a good job against TD. The same goes with Lowry against Parker.

Every loss seems to bring about a return of the NBA2k11 GMs to this board.

Fact is, it made no sense to trade Yao's contract away a couple years ago since no team would trade for a center with a potentially career threatening injury. He had to play out his hand. Now that Yao's contract is done, next year is the first year Morey has a chance to mold the team w/o the liability of an untradeable injured franchise player. If the team doesn't have serviceable length/size at the 5 next year, then Morey is fair game. But being a real-live GM is different from playing one on 2k11.

    We lost for several reasons:

    Fatigue
    Off night by our starters
    Free throws
Kyle Lowry fouling a 3-pt shooter

The latter two couldve been prevented and couldve given us the game.

that stretch killed us without any points even at the FT line

was pissed near the end when gordon hit the 3 after we tied it mo williams got away with an obvious offensive hook on Lee right in front of the ref and no call.

best/most awkward moment of the night -spoiler for size

I rather try Thabeet than letting Kaman kill us and Jordan getting 16reb.
Games like that show why Chuck or Miller aren't worth much.
Hayes 2 points? cmon even Big Ben would laugh about that.

WOW! Clever son. Real clever! NBA2k11? Anyway, Morey can never say he's not loved, he's friggin WORSHIPPED by some of you in this board. You do realize next year will be Chuck's 3rd as either the Rockets starter or backup at center don't you? Or that Tyson Chandler was available this offseason? Or that Morey drafted Joey dorsey over Deandre Jordan? OR were YOU busy playing NBA2k11?

Did you forget we had Chandler in a 3 team trade until Charlotte pulled out at the end? Oh guess you forgot about that.

How many other NBA GMs passed on Jordan in that draft? A lot of them did. But maybe you could see 4 years into the future and see that he would be an ok player. And don't get it confused, he played well against our small lineup last night but what does he do against teams with size to match him?

C'mon man. That was game 4 in 5 nights. We were right there in the end.

    When its his fault?

Fact is, superstar players don't grow on trees. Even when you have assets to trade for them, they're still near impossible to get. You can say "Oh Yao Ming should have been traded when he was healthy" all you want, but at the time taking a risk on Yao being healthy was much better than giving him away for pennies on the dollar. Let's say the chances of yao not getting injured was 40%, keeping him and praying for his health was still better than trading him for say a late first round pick and expirings. He wouldn't have gotten as Favors, Harris and two unprotected picks with his injury history.

    THANK YOU!
Finally someone with eyes and more than a 3 minute attention span.
Don't hate on your team and your frontman for losing the fourth game is 5 days .. when i seriously doubt you could do better.
saying "we should have" and "if we would have" doesn't make you a staistical sports analyst ... no one respects you and no one wants to hear from a captain hindsight

ufck all you fair-weather fans, get behind MY houston rockets or GTFO!!

whith that being said... go lowry, pass a little more and dont listen to the haters!
