    No, seriously....today is Boss's day.

    Why anybody would make up a day to celebrate their boss is beyond me, but we just had this huge luncheon celebrating it, so I can't really complain...

    So, on this special day, give your boss a nice, big hug before calling him an ass worshipping rim jobber behind his back. :)

    Being a boss is not as easy as it sounds.

    You are responsible for everyone's performance, if they don't work out it is your fault.

    All in all though, being a boss is a lot more fun then not being one.

    yeah...particularly for small business owners who spend a while doing payroll and find there isn't enough money to distribute on payday past what goes to his employees...that's a real blast! :rolleyes:
