    Thanks for the update.

(when I wrote that, the details of the moves to clear a roster spot were not known.)

Good move imo. I thought they could do better, but at least they got a 2-way versatile player. He could be a similar type Iguodala player we needed. At least one weakness is shored up on the wing. And they got him at a fraction of the price still locked up for 3 more years. I can see him fitting in nicely in this triangle/princeton style offense. They also needed someone who can create his own shot badly. They found one i do believe.

What's wrong with the NBDL? Brooks, Flynn, Azubuike, are from the NBDL and they are better than a low lottery pick.

Not even a question, Bud is riding the pine and I thought Bud would take the next step to being a REAL nice player.

Yea, but this still don't solve our lengthless/unathletic front-court. We still need size and athleticism up front and more 2-way players. Hopefully they can get Anthony Randolph some how that would shore up another weakness imo.

Trade Chuck Hayes, Battier, and Martin for Duncan. Problem solved.

Ah I forgot all about Chase's struggles this season. He did put together a solid performance against Cleveland though. Still he is almost definitely the odd man out.

This is a bad trade. I'd be fine with giving up Taylor for Terrence straight up, but we're also including a first rounder in 2012, which has the potential to be very valuable.

Being a Nets fan in addition as well, I'm extensively familiar with Terrence's game.Let me break it down for you guys.

    -Terrible jumpshot
    -Terrible freethrow shooter
-Needs to have the ball in his hand to be effective. Cannot succeed playing offtheball
-Extremely turnover prone, not a great handle and makes bad passes frequently
-Decent finishing ability but rarely gets to the rim effectively enough because everyone's giving him 5 feet of room to shoot open jumpers.
-Has a history of immaturity and discipline issues

He sounds like a perfect replacement for T-mac for the next few years.

I think this guy turns Lowry into a 10 assist/game point guard.

This guy has superstar written all over him. I know we said that about Chase...and VSpan...and Derrick Chievous....and Buck Johnson....and John Turner. But it's for realz this time, ya'll. Look out!!!!!

(honestly, i have no freaking clue if this was a good deal or not. i doubt it will be very significant, ultimately)

    its a work in progress
morey is essenntially building two teams
a veterans and a young one
battier ,scola , miller and yao are gonna be out and im sure if theres ever a big trade that 1 or 2 of our starters are gonna be gone
so for me it was a great pick up
as for anthony randolph i agree with you i actually think he has allstar potential(talent wise)and is still young 7"3
hes a steal for just a first round pick and a late one at that
