The Rockets used to suck at home before they started the Van Rowdies. They have improved their home record since.

I'm sure molding a better team wasn't a factor at all.

They used to suck at home especially when compared to their road record.

Did you watch the Rockets in 07?

Helping significantly. No, helping even by a little, maybe. I'd say their contributions are equal to around .01% success of the teams home wins.

The problem with the Red Rowdies is that they are situated only in that section behind one of the goals. What would REALY make a difference would be if 8-10 rowdies sitting in each section of the lower bowl. What do you guys think? Or would the Rowdies sitting the court-side section "scare away" the corporate fans?

Are the rowdies shrinking? There didn't seem to be as many rowdies as the last time I went (last season).

Did anyone catch them playing bulls theme music near the end of the game.

Houston isn't a basketball city. Especially if we aren't winning. Our playoff atmosphere was ****ing sick two years ago, that was one of the best crowds I had been a part of. Basketball wise, we're a fairweather city. Football wise, that's a different story.
