I'm interested, though I imagine it'll be slightly less of a challenge than in the NFL.

How would the available gamesbe limited, though? Maybe just the AP's top 10 teams and their games? That way, you have a similar schedule to the NFL's and the potential for some upsets from time to time.

we could also possibly put in a point-spread game, instead of just picking the winner...that would make it a little tougher.........I don't think we'd have to limit it to top 10 games though, would we? (I want to do Tulsa and Baylor;))

I'm in, though I think we should find a way to limit it to games that are at least somewhat of a challenge. Perhaps only games between teams with .500 records or above, or something.

Want to talk about music, places, people, a big ass Gordita or just any interest BBS users may have in common outside of the Rockets or specified forums -- this is the place.

And where exactly does it belong? The Draft Forum?

You might want to set one up exclusive to the Big 12 conference games.

    1) You pick one Big 12 team (Texas over Baylor).

    2) You can only pick a team once.

    3) You cannot pick against a team in consecutive weeks. (Week 1: Texas over Baylor; Week 2: Texas Tech over Baylor etc.)

    4) Iowa St. vs. Kansas is the only conference game to be played so far and it is excluded.

    No need to yell....

I don't think this really qualifies as a fantasy league. It's a pick-em style game, which some places do consider a fantasy game. However, I think it's more of a general discussion on winners and losers in college football, which would fit here, more than anything else.

What if you could only pick a Div 1 team involved in a game where the spread was less than say 10. That would eliminate most of the obvious blowout games but still leave a good selection to chose from. We could work out the details like source and tim eof spread pretty easily if we wanted. Just an idea.:)
