350Z, WOW!

I had no idea until today. I was pricing a 330xi on bmw.com, and decided to look at a Z8 just out of idle curiosity.

I had no idea they were that expensive. That may be partially due to how surprised I was when I first found out how cheap the Z3 was. I suppose I was estimating low on the Z8 because of that.

 

Yeah, the Z8 is basically their super car for mortals. I can think of better ways to spend that money on a car, but hey, it's a BMW.

Have you looked at the new BMW Z4?

 

Agreed on the money. I'm a big fan of BMW, but sheesh, for $130k, I think I'd want something more exotic.

The Z4 is gorgeous... although, the rear lights look vaguely familiar somehow. What am I thinking of... the RX7...?

This car is set to be released in middle of 2003.

I never said the RX-8 was a concept vehicle.
It's one of the cars I'm looking at getting.

My only point was that it is not the true successor to the RX-7. The true successor to the RX-7 is coming, and it's not the RX-8.
