    Miami has around 15m cap room after they sign LeBron, Wade and Bosh. Best case scenario they could still afford to bring in Miller, Fisher, Haslem and a center IMO. (It's said that Miami offers Miller a 5 year 25m deal, a 2 year 9m deal for Fisher and Haslem is willing to take the vet minimum)
