    unless you have a newer version of windows....then just use the snipping tool. God I love that thing.

    Just click the save button. I tend to save it to the desktop, then upload to something like imageshack.

    Don't think there is any way to upload it directly from the program, would be a neat addition though by microsoft.....or a nice plugin.
