    actually, that's a designed play. I've seen it before. what should have followed afterwards is that a dutch player will walk up slowly pretending to take a corner kick. instead he would just take the ball and dribble right in to the penalty box. he then has many choices. Especially a fast low cross ball will create a lot of opportunities.
