The iPhone...and this is coming from someone who owns an iPhone 3Gs.

Apple ear buds - they're white headphones, that's all.

Money - people do crazy **** for it.

Cars - like my phone, as long as it works fine - it's good enough.

University / College - I need more than one line to explain this.

 

Angelina Jolie hotness - I think she is attractive, and I'd hit it without a doubt, but its not the most sexiest girl alive like a lot of people say, I would prefer a lot of other women before her. But maybe that is just me.

Hooters. The lack of standards is appalling.

Lebron James. In a world with salary caps, will the guy EVER win a championship? Not if he is sucking half the team's payroll.

Spielberg - Yeah yeah I know, awesome, and it's true. But this is a classic example of people fondly remembering what he does that's great, and blindly ignoring the suck. Hook, anyone? Crystal Skull? 1941? (ok, I liked 1941, but still)


Celebrities in general - Never has a group of people so over-estimated their worth.


Paranormal Activity - got to the end and was like 'uhhh, where is the good stuff? I thought this was supposed to be good?'

Alleged high-speed mobile internet -- psh. Not there yet.

'Going Green' - never has anything been more cynical or worthless

 

This is true in almost all parts of the world. Even in 3rd world countries.

Also I think artificial tanning is overrated.

 

If you've been to the north, where most people are... ahem, pale and pasty, you'd appreciate any tanning solution.

 

cupcakes - people who spend $4+/each for them are r****ded

These things are good: ice cream and cake, a ride on a harley, seeing monkeys in the trees, the rain on my tongue, and the sun shining on my face.
