Specifically St Thomas? Thinking about relocating back to the States and the Caribbean sure looks nice after this lovely London weather.

I've been there a couple of times but never bought any property there. Pace of living is very slow there and nightlife is hard to find. It does have one of the best beaches(Megan) in the world which is peaceful because of its protection on three sides. I think David Letterman has a house there. I think more "foreigners" have property on St. John, though. I think I don't know what you want to know. (I'm starting to sound like SI's Peter King's MMQB)

Well I'm going to St John next week, so I'll let you know! I've never been before, but I've heard that St Thomas is bigger and busier than St John, and gets crowded when the cruise ships arrive.

By all reports, they have some of the nicest beaches in the world.

The only thing nice on St. Croix is the Hovensa Refinery.

And there's a reason the rum is so cheap.
