    Pappasito's usually has half price fajitas on Cinco De Mayo. Anybody know of anything else going on?

    Pappasito's has had half-price fajitas every Wednesday for at least nine months (we go about once a month).

    At least a year I had it last May. That's why I wasn't too excited about the Pappasito's deal in particular because it's not such a big deal like it used to be.

    I didn't think anyone on this board would know about that place...

    IMO they have the best Fajita Taco's/Quesidillas in Houston

    Love Papasitos, hate how they switched the tortillas to some other type of flour over the years... used to be a white tortilla... now it's darker.

    Looking at it, it looks a lot like Laredo. I love hole in the wall places that have excellent food but probably not for Cinco De Mayo.

    Anyhoo, Cinco de Mayo is a white people holiday. Yeah, I said it. Mexicans I know don't care about this holiday. Only white people love it.

    Just an excuse so they can drink more on that day.

    Exactly, people in the US celebrate more this holiday than in Mexico. sure you got a day off (only some places, not all).
