And now my brother is trying to send back his Air Max Duncans but he's not sure how to, I can't find the e claim form anymore. So if anyone out there knows how to return shoes to Nike so that he can get his voucher for niketown.com. Thanks in advance.

Thanks but that didn't help any because previously what worked was the e-claim form but I can't find that anymore. I got my own in March but now I can't find it for my brother's shoes. I already placed the order and I'm getting the Air Zoom Turbines for free, they should be getting here anytime soon, I'm getting the grey ones becuase I don't like the orange ones from that commerical. I think Ducan was actually wearing them in the commerical.
