Magic trade Reid to Denver

    The Magic have traded Don Reid plus unspecified future draft considerations to Denver for a future 2nd round draft pick.

    My speculation: the Magic probably dumped Reid's salary on the Nuggets, using a future 1st rounder as bait (perhaps the Sacramento pick they are owed next year) to clear salary for signing their own draft picks this year and to enhance cap flexibility for this offseason and next.
