    Morey has got some fans here. Everyone wants to follow the New York side of things, but it's good that some anaysts are giving DM some love. I have to say, he has done magic in the last 12 hrs, I was very upset at the initial deal, but he def salvaged this trade in our favor IMO.

    AMEN! My signature even says the Ariza thing was dumb but I think with a go-to scorer in Martin, that Ariza will fall into his natural position and not try to score so much. Morey just worked over the Knicks.

    I was watchin that and I appreciated Broussard sayin that, and I thought he was only a LeBron minion but I hate ESPN theyre nothin but east coast biased big media-market whores.. if u were new to this country you would swear that there are only 4 teams in every sport

    I'd like to see some of the people who started threads dissing Morey now own up to it and say how wrong they were. I won't call people out specifically, though I'm tempted, but let's see some integrity from the Morey haters, please.

    On the site, it said:

    "A source close to the negotiations told ESPN NBA Insider Chad Ford that the Knicks' 2011 pick is top-1 protected, and the 2012 pick is top-5 protected."

    Now, does this mean that, if the Knicks somehow get the first pick, that the pick won't go to us?

    Also posing the same question for the top 5 protected pick; does this mean that if, in 2012, the pick is in the 1-5 range, we don't get it?
