    The trade chip the Mavs have is primarily Dampier's expiring, half guaranteed contract. Howard is a 30 year old, injury prone head case who hates America.

    Cuban just goes after anybody who is a big name player really.. you always hear Dallas in big player trade talks, like the Shaq to Dallas a few years ago and Kobe to Dallas and what not

    Depends on who you talk to. He is a head case, he is always hurt and he has not be playing anywhere near the level he was a couple of years ago. Did I mention that he is a head case?
