    I have the "Internet Security 2010" trojan. I need to run my Malwarebyets (removed it last time) software but I think the trojan has blocked it and it wont launch. I was told to launch my PC in safe mode and run Malwarebytes in that mode but I don't know how. I know how to launch safe mode but don't know how to access Malwarebytes in safe mode. I was told I should be able to get to it since it's on my desktop but I don't know how.

    Can someone please help?
