I'd vote UK...because of the melting pot. London, for all it's good and bad for, is still the most diverse city on earth. Persians, Pakistanis, Indians, Latin Americans, East Asians, Africans, Arabs, Eastern Europeans....all mixed in some way with each other and/or English/Welsh/Scottish and/or Irish people. Just my taste I guess...I just don't find most "hot" WASP women that attractive. It seems nearly every hot TV, film, or modeling personality (girls anyway) are in some way of mixed parentage. Only the UK seems to produce girls like Freema Agyeman (half-Ghanan, half-Persian) or Indira Varna (half Italian Swiss, half Indian).
Surprised moes has upgraded to using glamour models instead of p*rn stars to assess the women of a region. UK wins, just take a stroll on Oxford street or walk around Oxford and you'll be surrounded by knockouts. With sexy accents and attitude. I think Italians produce the hottest chicks, but most of them live in England or Australia!
