    BCS Rank 23 Houston Cougars against town rivals Rice Owls.
    Starts at 7:00PM central at UH

    I think we got this, Keenum going to have a good game, but defense must step up! What do you guys think?

    The spread is Houston -30

    Rice will lose by more than 30. The over/under is 72. I think it goes over. I am new to college football.

    Does the % of fans depend on who is home? Are there usually more cougar fans?

    Whoever is at home has more fans.

    But the UH home contingent is generally larger than the Rice home contingent.
