    I still haven't heard what sport it is but here is my advice depending on what sport it is:

    Basketball: It usually isn't easy just trying to force it into the hole but crisp ball movement around the paint can cause the D to relax leaving an open lane to the hole. Also don't be afraid to make a backdoor pass.

    Baseball: I would tease them around the corners with a few sliders before throwing the hard heat down the middle.

    Soccer: Make sure you don't get a red card for illegal use of hands.

    Oh I assumed football for some reason with the jam the box. For basketball really just make sure you deny the backdoor, nothing worse than an uncontested finger-roll if you leave the backdoor open.
