    They are referring it as major but could this be the "medium" announcement that Morey was hinting at?

    I hope the major announcement isn't simply that the Rockets will be controlling the basketball operations of the Vipers. This was known over a month ago.

    This actually happened a while back...I guess this is just the official "press conference" style announcement. Morey also didn't break it via twitter...so it can't be the "medium" news.
