    Boxer is the Jr. US Senator from Calif. Her claim to infamy was that she was the queen of check-bouncing. While a Congresswoman, she was caught bouncing over 300 checks drawn on the Congressional bank during the 1992 Congressional scandal.

    in the same scandal, Dick Cheney, then Bush's Sr's Secretary of Defense, admitted to have bounced checks at least 25 times.
