There should be nothing offensive about the truth. These are teams that essentially no one has heard of. That's not a slam or a value judgement. It's just the way things are. If not for this issue with the AHL team, I never would've heard of this League despite there being three teams in the Dallas area near where I live. I hear more about the Fort Worth Country Day Drama Club than I do this football League. I appreciate that you and others take the time to participate, but I would still venture to guess it's the fear of Jerry Jones (the guy who owns the trademark for "San Antonio Stampede". I guess nobody wanted to guess who it was) causing the Spurs to change their hockey team's name more than this semipro League, and that was my original point. (And a small defense for the Spurs in that someone could live in a town, buy a hockey team and not realize there was a team from this football League in the same town with the same name).
