[GMail] Anyone else getting spam come through to your inbox the past few days?

    It's strange, after hardly ever having any spam get through, about 8-10 pieces of spam have hit my inbox in the past 2 days. I'm guessing there may be some sort of loophole that spammers found they could get around for now, just wondering if anyone else is having the same issue.

    most definitely. Lately I've been getting 1-2 email of random spam a day in my inbox. so annoying. and every single one has a link to some googledoc file or some crap..maybe this is the loophole?

    i got 2 gmail accounts, neither have recieved any spam lately... gmails been pretty good to me for a while now, cant even remember the last time spam got thru

    I have, but it was sent to my college e-mail which I have forwarded to my gmail account. It made it through both filters. I've gotten about 6-10 pieces of it and it's pretty much all in the same format but the links they want you to click on are different. I haven't gotten them the past 3 or 4 days though.

    Yes, I've been getting 2-3 pieces of spam in the past 3 weeks after having received barely any since the time I signed up with Gmail. I blame Chinese hackers.
