You want to get back into the market now? After 3 months of bear market rally?.. Buy SKF and SDS and TYP..
Gold or Silver. Gold is going to hit $1250 soon enough. Gold miners are still relatively undervalued at this point.
What is this guy's track record? That page conveniently seems to list particular frames, but for example, has nothing from 2002-2007. Is this because he was totally wrong then, or simply a matter of convenience?
He has been around for many years and has had generally good reviews. Somewhat controversial at times. His daughter (Michelle) used to be with Heath Ledger. Larry Williams For the moment, I have a Bearish tilt since the major stocks like XOM, GS and AAPL are doing poorly at the moment. Always subject to change and I could be Bullish next week. I already had the Bearish tilt at 9:00 am and didn't read the Larry Williams piece until lunch time. Since you seem to be a doubter about a possible Topping scenario (for the moment), what makes you Bullish? Your own analysis or in combination with a Guru?
If you're daytrading and praying, sure. That stock's borderline worthless now. They're about to go into bankruptcy and I don't believe common shares in it will be worth squat when they come out.
that's funny, but i think it makes a fair point. we've gone down so far below the high, we do need to establish what's a point where we think the market should have been.
I'm not necessarily a doubter - there are just tons of these guys out there that hit on a few market calls here and there with formulas and then promote themselves, hiding all the times they are wrong. I just don't know anything about him. I'm not particularly bullish right now, but I'm not bearish. I think we've come a long way in a short period and we're in for a breather. I could see the next month or two being relatively flat. I don't think we're in for a major down leg simply because I think so much of the ridiculous valuations were extreme fear.
I hope anyone who was holding GM sold their shares. http://money.cnn.com/2009/05/31/news/companies/gm_bankruptcy_looms/index.htm
I still have some GM shares in my portfolio. Should I place a market price sell order for when the market opens tomorrow? Will GM trade at all tomorrow? Or will it go straight to $0.00?
I'd put the trade in as soon as possible, but it should hit next to nothing immediately. Still wish I had bought the options...
I would think that would be your only shot, but..... what the heck did you hold onto it for?! lol. Hopefully it trades at the open and there're some nuts out there willing to buy it.
