    Yeah, that letter has lot of holes. Fisher didn't elbow Scola in the face. I doubt that they will take it seriously.

    If you write a letter to complain, at least get all the facts straight.

    the ERA of writing letters and complaining in order for a particular "entity" to grant your requests in the name of "customer satisfaction" for "customer LOYALTY"......

    is weak, over-rated, and played out since 2002. Welcome to the real corporate world, and take it from a consumer...i'd be tired of hearing customers complaining all the time as well.

    Yes, Doug likes the Lakers...and if we when this series I want to see how he'll play his fandom down.

    I was thinking the same thing about making this complaint. If it hadn't been someone on the Lakers, Collins would have been saying what a cheap shot it was that had no place in the game or the league, but since it's one of the Lakers, he's fawning over his toughness.
