    It actually looks like two entirely different .gifs...

    The mouth/tongue area is not moving the same in both of them...so maybe the idea was copied (or maybe it was done completely unknowingly), but I doubt the actual .gif was...just a thought.

    I have seen this from Bobblehead first, and I have seen many great ones from Bobblehead, it certainly does not seem like he would need to take others' material.
