Nice !! One question though:

I remember last year how I missed the opening sequence of the playoffs on ESPN. Did they show the whole intro with the fireworks, the video being played on the screens and the starting lineups ? Mainly why I want to know is because it's a great moment before the game and if that will air, it means Mutombo receiving the honour will be aired too

 

im not sure, i'm hoping my20 shows it since they're local

 

Can't wait to get into the game.

I was thinking, the Rockets should sign Deke to a 10-day contract next year, let him get into the first home game just so he can finish his career by walking off the court under his own power.

I think it'd be awesome. We signed Hakeem back so he could officially retire as a Rocket, but I think we should dress Deke and let his last memory be a standing o as he walked off, not a stretcher on the road.

Just a thought.

This is great. This is the least that Mutombo deserves for all that he is done for humans and for the game of basketball.
