    does it matter? we were on the easy path to the WCF and now face one of the hottest and young teams in the west, with a crazy homecourt, and even if we win, we face the lakers in the 2nd round.

    very disappointing.

    I think the division winner is only guaranteed a top 4 seed.

    And Portland would have the tie breaker over San Antonio for 3rd.

    I believe that is what happens.

    espn just showed a graphic. spurs are the 3rd seed and we're playing portland in the first round. nuggets vs blazers is for home court.

    We play the Blazers... Im not at all upset at being the 5th seed... we can beat the Blazers on their court. We just gotta get over the hump (hump = first round) and then we will see what happens.
